I haven’t trained for a while and I’m worried about my level of fitness. Will Synergy Group Training sessions be suitable?
Absolutely! We have a fantastic group who will motivate and encourage you. Everyone has different starting points and we coach progressions / regressions to meet individual needs.
My current fitness levels are high and I’ve tried other group training classes which haven’t been challenging enough, will Synergy Group Training test me?
We guarantee our sessions will challenge the fittest athletes. Monthly fitness testing also gives you the platform to beat your PB across a variety of training modes.
What kit do I need to participate in Synergy Group Training?
You’ll need a kettlebell, resistance bands (glute and long) and a yoga mat to make the most of your training.
Is the Group Training done on grass, will I end up covered in mud?
No! We train on a hard surface so you won’t look like you’ve finished Tough Mudder after a session!
Will I be tied into a direct debit?
No! Monthly Group Training fees are due by 1st of each month. 1:1 and Mobile PT fees are due on sign up, depending on your plan.
I’m worried about training during COVID, is it safe?
Absolutely! Outdoor exercise is one of the few activities that the Scottish Government are supporting even up to Level 4 restrictions. We take this threat seriously and your safety is our top priority. All Synergy sessions are set out adhering to social distancing guidelines. Members only use their own kit for Group Training. Kit is sanitised and hand gels used for 1:1 and Mobile PT sessions.
